Jared
I specialize in individual and family therapy including teens, young adults, parents, and couples. I am honored to partner with you and your family as we embark on this journey together. My role as your therapist is to facilitate healthy communication, promote understanding, and assist you in finding effective solutions to the difficulties you may be experiencing.
I approach therapy from a non-judgmental perspective, honoring each person’s unique experiences and perspectives. By collaboratively setting objectives and regularly evaluating our progress, we can ensure that our therapy aligns with your expectations. I have two kids and wife who works as an elementary school assistant principle. I’ve been practicing for 17 years. I look forward to working with you as we strive to build stronger connections, enhance communication, and foster a healthy, safe environment.
