I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and families to find peace, happiness, and resolution in life. I have overcome significant trauma in my lifetime and enjoy giving back to others. I am a parent to three beautiful grown daughters, and I love mentoring and coaching others, especially teens and young adults. As a family, we have experienced difficult life experiences including chemical dependency, assault, several health crises, and significant financial distress. It was through Christian counseling and life coaching that I worked through these challenges and found true freedom. And that is the gift I want to give to others – true freedom.
I have helped many individuals work through different types of traumas and through difficult relationships and personal situations. I served in the Youth Ministry at Austin Christian Fellowship for 7 years mentoring teen girls, and I have been an active participant in the Intercessory prayer team for the past three years. I would love to work with you to overcome your challenges and achieve your personal goals!
I love volunteering with non-profit organizations including:
Austin Christian Fellowship
Austin Disaster Relief Network
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
