Are you seeking help with:
- A support group that understands your struggles?
- Confirmation & validation from peers?
- Different perspectives and diversity of thoughts on issues and experiences that work?
If yes, then you may want to consider joining a group of individuals who are on a similar journey of healing and personal growth as you. Group therapy can be a powerful and supportive environment in which to address various challenges and concerns with people who can relate to you.
How Our Mental Health Professionals Can Help You with Counseling
At Frinz Care, we offer a space where individuals who have similar problems or share similar experiences come together to share, learn, and get the support they need to navigate their mental health journeys collectively. Our dedicated mental health professionals are adept at facilitating group therapy activities that are transformative and highly effective.
In our group counseling sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space in which you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others who may be facing similar issues. Here’s what you can anticipate from our group counseling experience:
- Supportive Community: The group will provide you with a sense of community and belonging. You will have the opportunity to connect with individuals who may understand your struggles, offering empathy, encouragement, and support.
- Shared Experiences: Group counseling allows you to learn from the experiences of others and see that you are not alone in your challenges. It can provide different perspectives and insights that may be valuable to your own healing journey.
- Mutual Growth: As a group, you will work together to address common concerns and goals. Group members often learn from one another, offer diverse viewpoints, and share coping strategies.
- Confidentiality: Just as in individual therapy, your privacy and confidentiality are paramount. All group members are expected to respect and maintain the confidentiality of what is shared within the group.
- Diversity: Groups are often comprised of individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. This diversity can enrich the group dynamic and provide a broader range of insights.
- Structure: Group counseling sessions typically have a structured format, with a therapist facilitating the discussions and activities. This structure provides a safe and productive environment for personal growth.
- Accountability: Group members can help hold one another accountable for making progress toward their individual goals and addressing their concerns.

Our programs are flexible, the groups are held virtually, and you can connect with others in similar areas of treatment either for yourself or as a family member supporting a loved one in treatment. Some sessions are facilitated by Christian Counselors and conducted as faith-based sessions incorporating scripture, prayer and studying biblical teachings related to the subject matter and discussion. Faith based sessions will be notated on the registration forms. We look forward to seeing you in an upcoming group therapy session.
