Meredith

I strive to provide a warm, supportive environment for individuals and families to work through the challenges of everyday life. I have over twenty-five years of experience in educational, social service, and mental healthcare settings. As a seasoned clinician, I am able to provide a high level of care for those struggling with emotional and behavioral needs. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify specific barriers that prevent us from thriving, identify our natural strengths and then build the personal skills needed to live a more fulfilling life.

I have my own experience having young adult twins and a teen at home. I enjoy working with students, couples and families.

What Our Clients Are Saying

When our teen went into complete crisis mode, Meredith was able to "meet her where she was" and build trust, patiently and carefully. When none of the normal parenting strategies were working, and the self-help books weren't cutting it anymore, especially with our neurodivergent kiddo, seeking expert help through counseling was and enormous relief. I only wish we had started sooner.

Meredith helped me to gain confidence in myself and overcome behavioral issues that were causing me to have issues with relationships. She helped me understand the underlying feelings and root causes of my feelings and develop coping mechanisms to better manage my emotions and to build my self-confidence. I'm now more calm and in control of my emotions and have better relationships with family and friends.
