I specialize in working with teens and young to help them discover their identity to overcome core issues that hinder their ability to fully experience abundant and productive living.  These issues may include anxiety, sadness, self-doubt, and relationship struggles.  I provide a safe environment where you can experience trust, compassion, and acceptance.  I will teach you about grace, self-love, and acceptance. I will encourage you on your journey of self-discovery and intentional decision making leading to your maturity and growth. I also work with parents on effective parenting skills, how to build a strong family unit and Christian living. 

I am a mother of twins in college and a middle school student, I have been married over 30 years and I have overcome my own struggles for decades of addiction and separation from my faith. I have experienced the burdens of mental illness and been in recover for over 20 years.  I am thankful for my faith and family for helping me through these difficult periods of my life. And now I enjoy giving others the opportunity to experience healthy and happy living.
